1. Eligibility Criteria:

Any owner who is a legal title holder of a non-forest land shall apply for NOC for Tree Felling.

2. Fees including the Payment Mode:

A application fee of Rs.50 for those applicants who are intending to fell the trees for establishment of industry. No application fee is required for other applicants.

3. Accompanying Documents required including:

• Copy of Dag chitha
• Copy of Jamabandi
• Copy of Patta
• No objection certificate from Co-Pattadar, if any
• This Form contains two parts (A and B). Part B i.e. Undertaking by the Pattadar/Tenant (Rayats)/Owner and Certificate by the village Headman/Panchayat President should be printed out and uploaded with proper seal and signature.

4. Important Timelines:

• Felling of trees for Self consumption- 30 days
• Felling of trees with Transit passes- 60 days
• Felling of trees in Registered Plantation- 30 days
